Terms and conditions

Trimodum accommodation rentals is an agent between the landlord or local agency and the client.
Trimodum can not accept liability for any breach of contract by the landlord or the client.
The landlord is responsible for offering the property in the agreed conditions and the client is responsible for keeping the property as he found it.

Reservations.
To consider the  booking completed a deposit of  30% of the total amount plus a copy by fax of the bank transfer will be required. That should be done within 4 days. Should the deposit not be paid in time, we shall cancel your reservation.

Payment.
The other 70% of the total amount will be paid 6 weeks prior to your arrival. The copy of the bank transfer will be too sent to us by fax. In case you don´t pay the above amount, the reservation will be cancelled and no refund of the initial 30% will be made.

All the payments will be made by bank transfer.

Stays.
From Saturday to Saturday. Arrival time is from 3 pm and departure time is 10 am.

Occupancy.
Exceeding the maximum occupancy of your accommodation is prohibited. The maximum occupancy is the one written in the description of the apartments or villas and in the booking confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or even cancel at any time and without refund  those reservations that do not comply with this term. 

Cancellations.
Should you wish to cancel your confirmed booking you must inform us by post, fax or e-mail. Cancellations must be confirmed by us.

Cancellation charges.
Cancellations 6 weeks prior to due arrival will be refunded by 30%. No refund or replacement will be made for cancellations made within 6 weeks of arrival date.

Arriving later.
Should you arrive one or two days after the agreed arrival date no refund will be made. If the day after your agreed arrival you have not appeared and you have not contacted us, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.

Leaving earlier.
No refund will be made whatever the reason of your earlier departure.
